I've Got a Gal in Kalmazoo

When the temperatures drop in New England, most people board a flight to the Tropics at the first sight of a snowflake. Bor-ing!! T'was a cold January morning the first weekend of the new year when we took a good-old-fashioned family trip to MICHIGAN (America's High-five!) to suprise Grandma Crookston for her 90th birthday! You can imagine that a woman with 14 children can pack a house with an abundance of family and friends, so when she walked in the door and saw everyone, she was completely shocked! Total disbelief, followed by tears of joy- a moment worth every mile and negative degree.  Cold hands< Warm heart.

And, of course, I couldn't go to Michigan without visiting my favorite little farm!

SUPRISE!!!
